Pulselive works closely with the ICC and their commercial partners to create and deliver a digital and social strategy that is aligned with their objective of ‘capitalising on digital to create value for the ICC and their stakeholders’. Pulselive’s remit also extends to broadcast and in-venue integration, identifying and executing fan engagement opportunities across multiple touch points.


Pulselive has developed a new digital platform for the ICC that has consolidated all of the ICC’s tournament sites under one domain – a process that involved significant content migration work. The new platform is home to all the ICC’s major tournament sites including the ICC Cricket World Cup, ICC World T20, ICC Champions Trophy and the ICC U19 Cricket World Cup. Pulselive provide Managed SEO services – this has has seen the ICC’s organic search impressions increase by 178% in the last 12 months.

UX & Design

Using the ICC’s corporate and event brand guidelines, Pulselive created a consistent user interface that flows through all of the ICC’s digital properties. This was achieved through developing a cross-platform flexible UI toolkit and template structure that can accommodate multiple pages and content requirements. Taking a mobile-first approach, the user experience is seamless from mobile, to tablet, to desktop.

Pulselive is responsible for planning and implementing the ICC’s social media strategy with the core goal of promoting the global game and driving referrals to ICC’s digital properties. Pulselive works closely with the ICC to plan, manage and execute a content strategy across the ICC’s social media properties. The ICC benefit from Pulselive’s relationships with all of the major social media networks, which can help to amplify any initiatives.

Live Content

As the digital division of Hawk-Eye, Pulselive has access to huge volumes of data and has developed visually enhanced live match centre and scoring services as well as engaging analytical graphics that sit alongside blogs, editorial and VOD content to deliver and immersive experiences for the ICC’s audiences. Pulselive and Hawk-Eye also worked together to produce and stream live World T20 and Cricket World Cup qualifiers exclusively across
